Useful Information

Notes on returns policy:

We are able to accept any item purchased from the website back for full credit card refund, so long as it is despatched within 14 calender days by insured and signed for carrier and we are notified by email of the carriage tracking number if it has all the labels intact, and is unworn and undamaged.

Credit will be issued as soon as the goods are received back in-store. Garments which have been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up will be subject to a dry cleaning charge deduction.

International returns (e.g. from USA and Canada)

In addition to the above returns from outside the European Economic Community (EEC) must specify on the customs shipping declaration :

'Goods the property of the recipient originating in EEC returned for credit.'

Notes on sizes:

Each manufacturer uses a differing size scale so it is not possible to be absolute on the sizes, but this is a rough idea! Size 1 to 4, are equivalent to Small to XL, and to 10 to 16. However, some of our stock is exaggerated in cut, and therefore will fit bigger than the size quoted. Some styles are extremely oversized, and we are therefore able to dress uk size 20 plus. We are very happy to take exact measurements on any garment to clarify exact dimensions.

It is also worth noting that the labels which originate in Germany are quite a generous fit, and those from France are quite petite.
