ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, and notify us for a full refund within 7 working days of placing your order.

To return your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you can email us, or write to us quoting your order/invoice number, and return the goods to us by Post Office Special Delivery within 7 working days of taking delivery of your goods.

Please note that return postage costs will not be credited or refunded.

MANUFACTURING FAULTS
Any product with a manufacturing fault will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturers guarantee on a like for like basis only. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied. Faulty products must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or other delivery service with tracking.

We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer's negligence or making.

Payment by Credit Card
Where a customer requests delivery to an address other than the credit card statement address we reserve the right to delay or cancel despatch unless the delivery address can be verified. Our secure credit card processor does not disclose credit card or personal details to us.
