We accept returns despatched within 7 working days of delivery by insured and signed for carrier and provided we are notified by email of the carriage tracking number.

Condition of Goods

All returns must be in the original condition, unworn and saleable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (e.g. from USA and Canada)

In addition International returns (e.g. from USA and Canada) must have a completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package with the check box 'OTHER' ticked and the declaration should state :

'RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EEC.'

Credit will be issued as soon as the goods are received back in-store. Garments which have been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up will be subject to a dry cleaning charge deduction. Goods that have been damaged whilst in your care will not be accepted. Garments received after the 7 working day period will not be accepted . This period is extended by agreement for those returning goods from outside the EEC, please notify anne@walkersofpottergate.com accordingly.
