We have been really lucky today...the sun is shining, and we have 21degrees on our thermometer....so very welcome after the long cold winter. We've got all the windows open, and feel very uplifted by the sudden change of temperature.
I am cooking today, as have an extra two for Dinner...and really hoping they are hungry, as we've gotten a bit carried away when in the supermarket yesterday.
Clive is outside, vacuuming all the oak leaves left on the lawn from autumn, and Aldo is very fed up, as he doesnt like this activity. Also today we went to the 'dog grooming parlour' to make him a booking with the lady there. Aldo needs a short back and sides in readiness for Summer, and the lady here, does a marvellous stylish job on him.
I've been to the optician, to check out the glasses...as I can feel a new pair 'needing' to come home with me! Where as you ladies cant resist buying Rundholz...because I work with it all the time, I have to get 'my kicks' from other things...and spectacles are one of them!
More French news over the next few days...have a nice weekend!
Clive, me and Aldo are off to France on Thursday...so for two days, we'll only be answering e-mail via my blackberry. So forgive us if things are a bit haphazard until Friday afternoon.
Although away, we have a terrific lot of Waslkers work to be getting on with, namely getting a load more stock onto the website. We have all the Consequent, a big lot from Barbara Speers, and today came more Oska. All has been photographed, and will start appearing online over the weekend.
We still have more lovely things to come yet tho.....so keep on checking us out!
