Today has been such a rush...as it is the Lord Mayors show today, and because of this, most of the shoppers come into the city early, so they can get their shopping done early and be out of town before the big procession commences. So consequently, I have been rushed off my feet!
Louise was busy working on one of the floats on the procession, and Clive has been bringing the motorhome back to Norfolk, and cleaning it. So he and Aldo have been away from the shop too! So nobody about, to bring me a much enjoyed cup of tea! Tonight we are setting off to go to Oxford, and we hope to see number 1 son sometime over the weekend for a meal. I shall look forward to seeing him! We brought him some wine back from Bordeaux, and he is usually quite pleased to see us, if only to replenish his wine stock!!
Well, I wrote on my shop notes at lunchtime today, that three styles of knitwear had arrived from Rundholz...and just that little flicker of info has caused a stir!!
So.....Clive is taking the pictures right now, and the goods will be online by tonight. But this is three styles of Main Collection, so no black label here yet. I'll let you know.
Other than that...it has been a hectic week....we've got a lot going on, what with the sale and the website revisions, and so on, so not much time for nice walks or visits for cups of tea. We're going to sell our beloved motorhome soon, as we really dont need it since we've had the house in France...and we have several people who are interested in it....we've had a terrific time using it. But more exciting things in the pipeline, about which I'll regale you later!
