Today was lovely day off....and we set off fairly early to take Aldo out...this time to Whitlingham Lake. A little walk around there, then we went to the place where we keep our motorhome. We have decided to sell it...as we dont use it for proper holidays, purely for driving backwards and forwards to our house in France. We've had it for 2 years, and really enjoyed every single moment we have used it....but now we want to do something else! So we set about cleaning it, and taking photographs, for the purposes of advertising it.

Tomorrow, we shall be continuing with the sale...and we're looking forward to seeing more of our regular 'sale time' ladies. They come along every season, and polish off the last bits and pieces we have left...so we're very glad to see them.
This evening we enjoyed a proper English Roast Dinner...which we dont bother with when in France, and yum yum....was it nice?!!

Phew, what a day.....Louise and I just about managed to keep up. She was a bit tired after the long stint looking after the shop in our absence, and me, not really tired, but not quite out of 'holiday mode'! So between us we made a funny couple!
The weather in Norwich is lovely...very warm and sultry...and tomorrow we shall probably take Aldo for a nice walk on the beach.
The sale will continue until we have sufficient new Autumn Collections to fill the shop...so we're looking at it being on for three weeks at least. The Rundholz collection is long awaited...and I'll get it onto the website just as soon after its arrival as possible.

Here we are, safely arrived and back at work. The sale is now officially on, and we are ready to clear out all the lovely pieces for Summer. The weather is good, so if you buy something now, it can go straight into duty!
The shop when I returned home looked really magnificent...Louise had got it completely ship shape, and the windows most inviting. She and Karen have done a great job in my absence. So an 'official' THANK YOU to them.
Aldo has been back in the window...and his many admirers have been in to see him too!
Tonight for a treat, we are going to have Fish and chips for dinner...we miss this English speciality when we are away in France...so just this once..it'll be cod and chips, plus for me...Tomato sauce!!! Now how bad is that?!!!
We have been working on lots of new plans for a rebuild to our website... Although we have lots of ideas of our own, we are asking all our ladies who have used the website, either for buying, or for simply checking out what we have, to write to me to tell me how easy or difficult you find the website to actually use.

Clive, me, the dog and cats are heading back to Norwich Wednesday and Thursday this week, and I'll be back at work on Friday. The SALE starts on Saturday...and we'll change the price of the website collections at the same time!
