Kind ladies!

I am sitting here at my desk in SW France, and wanted to tell you about the nice e-mails I've had just recently. Two in particular, over the past 24 hours.
One from a lady I do know, and another from a lady I have not met....and both were writing to tell me what a wonderful job Louise is doing in my absence from the shop floor. It really is a credit to her, that people should get home, and take the trouble to write to me. I cannot tell you how pleased I am to hear such news. Over the years I have employed several different ladies...all of whom were perfectly ok....but Louise is literally one in a million! She left working for Walkers 2 years ago, but nearly every day during the period she was away, somebody asked about her....so I was thrilled when she accepted my offer to return. And it looks like the customers are happy too!
So a big thank you to Louise! She doesnt read this...so she wont even know!
